First Breakfast

I had my first breakfast on the road after my first night camping.  The breakfast was better than the night camping. (More on that later.)  I had the steak and eggs covered in sausage gravy at The Welcome Inn in Elizabeth, Illinois.  I usually don't like this much cholesterol, but if you had the night I had, you'd understand.  It was excellent.

Steak & eggs smothered in sausage gravy, served with hash browns.  All the calories and cholesterol you will need for a busy day.
